We are currently hiring care coordinators to assist our telehealth providers with patient intake, assigning patients to physicians, and assisting patients with discharge and customer support needs. The current openings require availability between 2pm and 10pm EST.

Your Role:
We are currently looking for a Care Coordinator who will be responsible for facilitating collaboration between individuals who access the RelyMD Network seeking virtual urgent care and physicians who provide telehealth services over the RelyMD Network. Our Care Coordinators are responsible for coordinating and facilitating professional collaboration between RelyMD and all constituencies, while providing project management to oversee the development and implementation of an operational framework that supports the delivery of healthcare services via telemedicine.

Requirements:

• Medical experience required (Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN preferred ) 

• Available to work 12-hour shifts which may require nights and weekends as needed

• Position is remote, you'll need reliable internet and a quiet work space

• Must be efficient on computer programs (Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) and a fast learner

• Must be able to communicate with physicians on professional level

• Must make customer service a top priority
